How Do I Recognize Vendors from RMI?
Vendors/Service providers from RMI will have a letter of introduction duly signed by the CEO. Also a copy of such will be sent to the client.
Our Vendors from RMI also have a unique number.
Are Your Services Restricted Only to Port-Harcourt?
NO! Our services span through the whole country. We have registered vendors in all states. Some other services require mobilization to other states.
How Are Jobs Monitored?
We have Company representative that monitor services in different states. Where this is not available, we have alternate means of monitoring.
Do I Give Money to Vendors?
NO! This is against our ANTI BRIBERY POLICY in RMI. We have a single account where clients MUST pay in for services. Under no circumstances should Clients have any financial dealings with RMI vendor as Company cannot be held liable for such.
Is My Family Safe?
YES your family is safe as all our Service providers are trained. In addition, details of all our Vendors are with the ÇOMPANY LAWYER. In the event of any misrepresentation of Company by Vendor, appropriate sanction will be applied and Compensation to Client made.
How Do I Join RMI as a Vendor?
To join us as a vendor, click on the vendor’s registration link, to register. When we get you details we will verify your business and take it through various quality checks to ascertain that it meets our standards. When that has been done, then we will send you a link to fill and open a profile on our community page. This will help us keep your record with us and make it easy to be a member of our community.
What Advantage do I get as an RMI Vendor?
As an RMI Vendor, we do your marketing for you. We expose you to opportunities that will grow your business. And because of our credibility you get to scale through some issues that would have been ordinarily a challenge for the business. But because you are registered as a vendor on our platform, we have handled those issues for you.
Is There Any Form of Refund if a Vendor Refuses to do the Work?
At RealMen Initiative we have a commitment to render affordable yet professional services to you. We have a REFUND POLICY which is in place to curb the menace that service providers have caused unsuspecting clients. Many have contracted Mechanics, Tailors, Carpenters, Engineers, Caterers etc and ended up being disappointed because of poor job delivery or loss of money.
Our REFUND POLICY is our commitment to you to refund back to you total amount for WORK NOT DONE. Work not done is rated in percentage from your feedback form and same is paid back to you in the event of such.
We also restrict cash transactions with our vendors as our clients pay for services into a single account and vendors are not paid until work done is confirmed satisfactory from the client.
(1) Our REFUND POLICY is only effective if RMI is notified within the first 3 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE OR JOB.
(2) The Policy is only effective after due analysis of the Job/complaint of our client. This is done by the RMI Representative onsite
